Knit or Dye only had a few requirements when we began collaborating on their new website: the site had to be beautiful, feature a robust shopping cart that was easy to use, feature a means of tracking orders and reporting on them, and include dynamically featured content of both blog items and items for sale. And of course – it had to be affordable and easy to maintain.

Stevens & Associates were ready for their site overhaul – they had their mockups ready, hex colors chosen, and strategy in hand. Stevens & Associates wanted a site that their staff could update regularly, but didn’t want their site to “look like a blog”.

J. Jensen Creative recreated their mockups in code and created an exact replica of their proof. But further than that, J. Jensen Creative handed over a site that could be dynamically administered as needed, packed with powerful tools for content management.

SIT Study Abroad (SSA) wanted to provide their international students a well-organized list of Facebook groups for their programs.

J. Jensen Creative built SSA a custom Facebook app that shows/hides program lists per continent. Although it falls outside of the world of WordPress, it’s a nice example of a simple solution with a powerful impact.

World Learning, a Brattleboro, VT-based non-profit college and graduate school with an emphasis on international studies and education, depends on J. Jensen Creative to maintain their WordPress multisite installation where their undergraduate, graduate, and TESOL blogs are hosted. Check out their TESOL blog here, the SIT blog here, and the SSA blog here. Ruckus Rhythms needed help getting their theme tweaked to how they envisioned. The Beez Kneez Garden Supply had a spreadsheet of over 4,000 products and a dream.

Their dream? A pretty and very user-friendly e-Commerce site built on a Content Management System they could trust and learn easily.

The result? A lovely, one-of-a-kind, visitor-centric WordPress website that leverages the power of the WooCommerce plugin over which they have complete control.

Handlebars to the Stars is the personal blog of Jason Jensen, the brains and beauty behind J. Jensen Creative.

The site is a straightforward blog with an appealing aesthetic used to periodically capture thoughts and broadcast signals into the Universe.

Brattleborology was created to improve the marketing of Brattleboro, VT following a tragic fire, a tragic flood, and a few years of noticeable sales decline along Main Street.

The site features a user login and boasts over 75 active contributors who help create content and feed the calendar with the amazing events that make Brattleboro so special. It is notable for its constantly updated content, clean presentation, and thought given to its user experience. Brattleborology is owned and maintained by J. Jensen Creative.
